Shipping policy

Orders will be processed once ordered and shipping cost will be applicable extra based on your geographic location. A representative will contact you and inform you on the shipping charges and once payment is made for the shipping cost, the product will be shipped immediately. The payment put up in the website are only for the product charges including GST. Extra payment will be for transport and courier charges.

Due to government restrictions around COVID-19, you may experience delays in delivery. We regret the inconvenience and request you to please bear with us in this extremely challenging situation.

We don’t have any control over import duty, and we cannot able to tell how much customs officer will charge you. It purely depends on the country and their customs policy. Customers only need to pay the customs Duty for their products if any.

 We do not accept any responsibility and will not be liable for any loss or damage on International shipping. 

Cancellation and Return policy

In case your product is not shipped we can initiate your payment and it will be returned to you within 10 working days upon cancellation. Cancellation can only be availed through email confirmation and call confirmation. The days won’t be accounted for government holidays and weekends. You can email us to: aruveeartgallery@gmail.com. The return policy must be initiated within 15 working days from the date of purchase.

During return, if the product is damaged, we would deduct a fee based on damages and courier fee and the remaining payment will be returned to you only after we receive our product.
